It is a compact door, elegantly designed with meticulous attention to detail, offering excellent value for money: an accessible product that fits seamlessly into any setting, whether classic or modern.

Ideal for large residential complexes, the D180 meets the highest safety standards while ensuring outstanding performance in thermal transmittance for energy savings and soundproofing.

“But its standout feature—also reflected in the name we chose—is the innovative concealed hinge that allows the door to open up to 180° without sacrificing the double stop.” The hinge movement is supported by three fixed rotation components and two movable trajectory parts, ensuring reliability, precision, and elegance in every detail. This technology, combined with the double rabbet, enhances the door’s performance while preserving Dierre’s signature style and minimal design.

When closed, the hinge is completely hidden, protecting against intrusion attempts. As a result, the door achieves standard class 3 burglary resistance, which can be elevated to class 4. In addition to enhancing security and reliability, this special hinge offers aesthetic benefits: its flush installation creates a clean and elegant appearance, beautifully showcasing the panel.

Regarding energy efficiency, the D180 features class 3 air permeability and C5 wind resistance, acting as a robust barrier against the elements. “The double-sheet shell,” explains Luca De Robertis, head of Dierre’s technical department, “creates a monoblock structure. Instead of traditional reinforcements, we blend layered materials to form our exclusive performance sandwich. This innovative Dierre technology enables us to achieve a thermal transmittance of 1.3 W/(m²·K) in a reduced thickness and at a low cost, which can be enhanced to 0.8 W/(m²·K) by equipping the door with the 14/21 mm Super Thermal Line cladding.” A sound abatement kit is also available upon request, reducing noise to 42 dB compared to the standard 38 dB.

The D180 has three locking solutions: a New Power cylinder lock, a New Power double cylinder lock with a service cylinder, and a Hibry 4.0 motorized lock that integrates with the most advanced home automation systems.
